Compare routes and plans by use case

Review connection performance, privacy, devices, and billing separately.

Compare route types before regions

Speed depends on your local connection, the route, and how quickly the destination service responds—not just the region name. VPNSeven labels routes as IEPL dedicated, relayed, or direct, making it easier to compare options for the same use case. If pages load slowly during peak hours, keep your app and network settings unchanged, then try another route in the same region. Check whether page loads, video buffering, or file transfers improve. Changing one variable at a time helps avoid misleading results and makes reproducible route issues easier to share with support.

  • Route types · IEPL dedicated / relayed / direct

No-logs policy and credential management

VPNSeven follows a no-logs policy. To understand your privacy, review the service policies, account credentials, and your device environment together rather than treating one label as complete protection. Your subscription URL contains access credentials, so protect it like a password. When troubleshooting, hide tokens and account details in the URL before sharing a screenshot. On shared computers, check the client configuration and browser sign-in status so your subscription is not left accessible to the next user. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details on data handling and service use.

Unlimited devices, data managed by plan

Use your account on an unlimited number of devices at once, switching between work computers, personal computers, and mobile devices. Install the appropriate client on each platform, then get your subscription from the user panel; an installer for one platform is not a universal configuration. Device limits and plan data are separate: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Choose a plan with your video, download, and everyday browsing habits in mind. If a connection fails, compare results across devices on the same network to help distinguish device settings from route issues.

Check tool access separately from account eligibility

When using AI tools such as ChatGPT, check separately whether the site loads, your account can sign in, and the features you need work. Region can be a useful troubleshooting starting point, but the tool's availability, account status, and risk controls can also affect the result. Start with a route in a region supported by the tool, keep the exit location consistent, then check the sign-in page and test the feature. If the page loads but a feature returns an error, note the message instead of repeatedly refreshing or switching regions. A route service cannot replace the tool's own account eligibility requirements.

  • Region · Check the tool's requirements

Check the catalog, playback, and buffering separately

Streaming availability depends on more than your exit region. Platforms may also consider your account region, content licensing, device environment, and connection. After choosing a route, check the catalog and the content you want, then test playback and observe buffering over time. Loading the home page does not mean every title is available, and a successful connection does not guarantee the same catalog will remain available. If you see a region notice, read the specific error and check the platform's rules; compare other routes only after confirming the issue is connection-related.

14-day refund policy

VPNSeven offers a 14-day refund policy. Before choosing a plan, check how monthly plans and data packages are billed. After you start using the service, test it for your everyday needs on your usual network rather than relying on route labels alone. If it does not suit your needs, submit a refund request through the support ticket option in the user panel and review the Terms of Service for full details. Include relevant order information, but never share your password or full subscription URL. Refund terms and plan data are explained separately; prices are as shown on the pricing page and in the user panel.

Choose the service you need to access, then filter by region and route type. A nearby location can be a useful starting point, but you still need to test access. IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct describe route types; they do not guarantee ongoing access to a particular app. When switching routes, keep other settings unchanged so you can identify what made a difference. If only one app has an issue, check its proxy rules and account status first.

Monthly plans and data packages

View all plans →

Choose a data allowance based on how you use the service, not the number of devices. Monthly plans suit ongoing use, with data resetting monthly on your activation date. Data packages suit usage based on consumption: they remain available until used and never expire. Browsing, AI tools, video streaming, and file transfers use different amounts of data. Check actual usage in your client and user panel rather than estimating from time spent online.

Data packages: use until depleted, never expire

¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB

Choose between data packages and monthly plans based on how you use the service: packages track cumulative usage, while monthly plans suit recurring data needs. When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; an upgrade does not restart a full billing period. Before paying, check the plan name, billing method, and order details in the panel.

Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. No email required; create an account with a username and password.

FAQs

Visit the Support Center →
Do I need an email address?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your credentials safe, then use the user panel to view plans, get your subscription, and manage orders. Never share your subscription URL or password publicly. Hide them in screenshots before submitting a support request.

How do I use my subscription, and where can I get a client?

Sign in to the user panel, download the client for your operating system, then get your subscription from the overview and import it. Setup differs across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, so follow the instructions for your platform. After importing, confirm the configuration updated successfully, choose a route, allow the system to establish a VPN connection, and test the website or app you need.

Read the complete setup guide →

Are there device limits? When does data reset?

There is no limit on simultaneous devices. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not on the first day of the calendar month. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Device count and data allowance are separate: streaming and downloads still use your plan's data. Check usage in the panel to plan accordingly.

ChatGPT won't load, or a video loads but won't play. How can I troubleshoot?

First check whether regular websites and the target service are both affected. Then check proxy mode, subscription updates, and your current route. If only the target service has an issue, check its supported regions, your account status, and the specific error message. Streaming also depends on content licensing, while AI tools may have feature eligibility requirements; not every error is a route issue.

How can I pay, and what is the refund policy?

VPNSeven accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and offers a 14-day refund policy. Check prices and billing methods on the pricing page before paying. To request a refund, submit a support ticket through the user panel and review the Terms of Service for full details. You can include relevant order information, but do not share your password or full subscription URL.
