Monthly plan: resets monthly on your start date

For regular access to international websites, AI tools, remote work, or streaming. Choose a data allowance based on your actual usage. Plan size doesn’t guarantee a particular speed, and availability on any platform isn’t guaranteed.

Monthly Plan / Light Use

60GB

¥9.9/month

A good fit for web browsing, research, and text-based AI tools. If you only stream video occasionally, check your actual data usage in the dashboard before deciding whether to move to a larger plan.

60GB is a monthly data allowance, not a set number of viewing hours. Video quality, file transfers, and background syncing all affect usage. If you use multiple devices, include all of these in your estimate.

  • Includes 60GB of data
  • Resets monthly on your start date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 14-day, no-questions-asked refunds

Monthly Plan / Mixed Use

250GB

¥18/month

For switching between research, work collaboration, and video streaming. The larger data allowance makes it easier to plan everyday use across computers and mobile devices.

250GB still has a limit. Cloud file syncing, extended streaming, and large downloads can change how quickly you use data. Check your usage history rather than choosing based only on the number of devices.

  • Includes 250GB of data
  • Resets monthly on your start date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 14-day, no-questions-asked refunds

Best value · Lowest cost per GB among monthly plans Monthly Plan / Higher Data Needs

500GB

¥28/month

For frequent video streaming, regular file transfers, or sustained use across multiple devices. Among the monthly plans on this page, the 500GB option has the lowest cost per GB; this comparison excludes data packs.

A larger allowance isn’t unlimited data and doesn’t guarantee video quality or speed. If you mainly use text and web services, start with your actual needs rather than choosing a larger plan just for the lower per-GB price.

  • Includes 500GB of data
  • Resets monthly on your start date

Data Packs: Last Until Used and Never Expire

If your needs vary with projects or travel, choose a data pack based on the capacity you expect to use. The listed capacity is for the whole pack, not a monthly allowance. Never expiring doesn’t mean the data renews automatically.

Data Pack / Occasional Use

300GB

¥158/pack

For people who don’t access international websites on a regular schedule and prefer to use data as needed. Decide whether you need data that never expires or a monthly resetting allowance, then compare this pack with the monthly plans.

  • ¥158/300GB
  • Lasts until used; never expires
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 14-day, no-questions-asked refunds
Choose This Plan
Data Pack / Project Use

1000GB

¥358/pack

For users familiar with their data usage who want extra capacity for research, file transfers, and video streaming. There’s no monthly usage deadline, but check your remaining data regularly—capacity isn’t the same as service time.

  • ¥358/1000GB
  • Lasts until used; never expires
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 14-day, no-questions-asked refunds
Choose This Plan
Data Pack / Larger Allowance

3000GB

¥658/pack

For users with a clear idea of their data needs who prefer to manage usage by the size of a full pack. Consider your budget and usage frequency. This option adds usable data, not a promise of priority routing or platform availability.

  • ¥658/3000GB
  • Lasts until used; never expires
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 14-day, no-questions-asked refunds

Choose a data allowance based on usage history, not the name of the activity

Even for remote work, text conversations use data differently from continuous file transfers. For streaming, video quality, viewing time, and background autoplay all affect usage. If you have usage history, check your actual consumption first. If you’re new to the service, learn where to find data usage in the client rather than using platform names to estimate how much you’ll need.

Unlimited devices addresses the number of devices that can connect at once; it doesn’t change your plan’s data limit. When using a computer, tablet, and mobile device together, account for background tasks like cloud syncing and automatic updates. If you run into access issues, first distinguish a data limit from a route or client configuration issue, then follow the steps in troubleshooting.

Payment Methods and Order Checks

From Plan Selection to Order Confirmation

Open the user dashboard from a plan card and check the plan name, data allowance, and billing terms. Make sure you’ve chosen a monthly plan or a data pack as intended. Don’t identify a plan by price alone—especially distinguish a monthly allowance from a data pack’s total capacity. No email address is required to create an account. Keep your username and password safe.

Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT at checkout and follow the instructions on the relevant page. For USDT, carefully check the network, payment details, and amount shown on the page. Don’t reuse information from an old order. This page doesn’t provide payment addresses or ask you to enter payment credentials.

After paying, return to the user dashboard to check the order status and plan details. If the payment result doesn’t match the dashboard, keep the order ID, payment time, and a screenshot with sensitive information redacted, then contact support through a ticket. Avoid paying twice for the same request while the status is unconfirmed. Don’t post order details or full payment credentials publicly.

Where to request and track a refund

VPNSeven offers refunds within 14 days, no reason required. See the Terms of Service for eligibility. Submit your request through a support ticket in the user dashboard after signing in so it can be matched to the relevant account and order.

What to Include

Say that you’re requesting a refund and include the relevant order ID, plan name, and payment details needed for verification. If you have a question about payment status, explain what the checkout page and order page show. For connection issues, include your device platform and any error message to help distinguish troubleshooting from a refund request.

Before submitting, check screenshots for your account password, subscription URL, or full payment credentials, and redact any sensitive information. Reply to the same ticket with any follow-up details or documents to keep the context together. This page doesn’t promise a fixed processing time or require you to switch routes before requesting a refund.

Billing and Refunds FAQ

Straightforward answers about pricing, devices, payments, and data rules.

How much do plans cost? What’s the lowest monthly price?

The lowest monthly plan is ¥9.9/month for 60GB. Other options are ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, or ¥658 for 3000GB; they last until used and never expire. Monthly plans and data packs follow different data rules, so compare them with your usage habits before choosing.

How many devices can I use? Is there a limit on simultaneous connections?

There’s no limit on the number of devices connected at once. Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data, so factor in usage across all devices when choosing a plan. Get the client and subscription from the user dashboard after signing in.

What’s the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 14 days, no reason required. Sign in to the user dashboard, submit a refund request through a support ticket, and include the relevant order details. See the Terms of Service for eligibility. Don’t include your account password, full payment credentials, or subscription URL in a ticket.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan in the user dashboard, check the order total and billing terms, then follow the checkout instructions. After payment, return to the order page to check its status. If anything looks wrong, keep your order details and contact support through a ticket to avoid paying twice.

When does monthly plan data reset, and how are mid-cycle upgrades handled?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your start date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated for the remaining days. Check the reset date in the user dashboard rather than assuming it falls at the start of a calendar month. Before upgrading, review the plan and checkout details in the dashboard.

Do data packs expire? Do I need to use them within a month?

Data packs last until used and never expire; there’s no monthly usage deadline. Unlike monthly plans, which reset each month on your start date, data packs don’t renew with the same allowance each month. Compare your usage frequency and data needs before choosing.
